- You define the goals of the event and provide target audience insight.
- I research client company/audience and customize content to achieve said goals with content that impacts and set the course for results.
- A date is selected and put on a 72-hour hold as the “magic” begins.
- We exchange a signed “Speaker Agreement”
- Once the speaker agreement is signed and returned with deposit paid, the date is secured.
What to expect:
- Correspondence via email with the event planner.
- One month before the event – a courtesy call to confirm any updates on targeted goals.
- Customized video from speaker to the audience for social media or email distribution to build excitement.
- One week before the event a call to finalized specific details of arrival site, loading and set up protocol, and to verify any updates necessary to a seamless client is focused experience on the day of an event.
A touch of unique style delivery may incorporate “edutainment” when appropriate to deliver education by means of some form of entertainment. The benefit to audiences is in a powerful and memorable way that increases retention and recall of content.
