“Impacting community one life at a time.”
I am passionate about trauma-informed personal, professional, and mental health development. I love helping people improve their social, emotional, and spiritual resilience. I provide training, coaching, and peer support for organizations and individuals. All services are available in person or online.
I am a life learner with an academic pedigree in Traumatology, Theology, and D. Min in Crisis Response and Suicide Prevention. I enjoy Team building and developing a “Safety Net” culture for life sustainability. I have the honor of being a TEDx presenter.
With my 30+ years of experience helping to stabilize incidents, I am passionate about empowering people. Practical experience highly encourages mitigating training vs. recovery reactive operation when the unexpected happens. The strength I add to planning and goal achievement is derived from best practices, things often not considered, and lessons learned from large—and small-scale incidents.
Sensory impact content delivery helps the audiences connect content with the application. Engaging all learning styles is crucial. The use of visual aids so unexpectedly leaves lasting impressions of what was “taught so that it is caught.”

Problem
The need for resilience skills and sustainable mental wellness programs is imperative.
Today’s highly stressed society needs help. Road rage, disasters, terrorism, victims of crime, and traumatic events impact organizational bottom lines.
“Stress costs U.S. businesses roughly $300 billion a year as a result of absenteeism, reduced productivity levels, and employee turnover.”
Can your organization afford to neglect conflict resolution, stress management, or communication skills? No!
Solution
- Consider employee assistance programs.
- Offer Critical Incident Stress Management skills training. (CE or CUE’s are available)
- Schedule a readiness assessment for needs that are certain to arise following critical incidents.
- Mental wellness programs mitigate careless errors and work-related accidents and lower absenteeism issues.
