I provide skills that “train the brain” by starting with individual personality, intellectual and emotional and socio-quotients. These components all factor into human interaction an individual productivity and abilities.
Proficiency in conflict resolution stems from on continued personal development and front-line response to critical incidents. The focus is on conflict prevention and stress management. As an intervention specialist, I provide skills that equip and empower individuals to navigate stress toward mental wellness holistically.
