While it may seem these factors have nothing to do with one another, they do. What is unseen and unknown in the workplace is often the very climate inhibiting progress. Failure of Conflict Resolution costs everyone dearly.
Proficiency in conflict resolution stem from on going volunteer service as a responder to traumatic events including disaster relief as incident responder and debriefer for multiple organizations. She specifically focuses on conflict prevention and is deployed as an intervention specialist to help lessen what adversely hinders productivity. I often deploy in natural disasters and “call outs” that include domestic violence, suicide risk management or fatality accidents at work that adversely affect others.
I draw from diverse and continued education, despite adolescent predictions that “this one won’t amount to anything.” Yes, I have overcome abuse, years of depression, loss of loved one’s and PTSD learning challenges and true grit determination, to inspire and give hope to millions.
Being familiar with what it takes over come external and inner conflict at the deepest levels, I advocate and share my message a living proof that achievement through determination is possible.
